After a few fits and starts, Lucy begins the wedding ceremony, and everyone is startled at the arrival of an unexpected guest and an unplanned event. Luke finds Jerry’s hideout and begins to rapidly piece clues together which lead him to a stunning discovery of his own.

Maxie has an unexpected complication, and many converge on the hospital to wait. Anna and Dante question Britt, Carly has a serious talk with Morgan, while she and Michael also worry for AJ’s mental state. Danny’s donor is finally found, to everyone’s relief and joy. And yet again—everyone’s lives change – this time with the pull of a trigger and the shattering impact of a bullet.
